Why I Built Blessly
We had platforms to track Sunday attendance, tools to process giving, software to schedule volunteers. But when I asked, "How is each person actually growing in their faith?", no tool had an answer.
Not one.
I've spent over 20 years building technology at companies like Google and leading engineering teams as a CTO. I know what it looks like when a whole category of software is missing. This was one.
Pastors could pull a giving report. They couldn't tell you who was reading Scripture, who had someone walking with them, or who was quietly drifting away before anyone noticed.
The Great Commission doesn't say "go and manage." It says "go and make disciples." Every tool we had was built for management.
That's why I started Blessly: a platform that puts discipleship at the center and wraps everything else around it. Every member has a path to grow, every leader can see it happening, and no one falls through the cracks.
Making disciples is not optional. It's the mission. Blessly is the tool built for it.
